Do you meet us with the keys?
No, you will receive a door code and you can enter the apartment using it. All information in your email
given prior to your arrival. But we are always happy to meet you if you need any information or advice – please text us +354 867 0110 or send us a line email@example.com
Where is my private parking and where do I park?
The remote to your private parking is inside your apartment. The private parking is down the ramp under
the building. Your apartment number is also your parking number. Use key on the remote to enter the private
parking celler when using the elevator only when going down and press K.
Is there are elevator in the building?
Yes there is an elevator and private entrance to all the apartments.
Is there a free WiFi?
Yes given in your e-mail and on the back of you router.

Do you recommend any Restaurants?
Yes, there are so many excellent Restaurants in Reykjavik take a look at our pick.
The Tv is not working?
We have NETLIX in all our apartments: Please turn on the TV and press source HDM1 with the TV remote and turn on the Apple TV with the small black Apple TV remote.
Can you order day trips or privatre trips for us?
Yes we can order day trips and we own a private trip company for exclusive trips.

No I am sorry we don´t have a luggage storage. But you could store your bags at BSI bus terminal and close by at Vesturgata.
